Hi Mark, my name is Jack Martin. You have ‘liked’ a couple of my photos on Instagram (martyjack97). I was at the Bathurst 12 Hour on the weekend “unofficially” taking photos. I have recently received my CAMS Bronze Photography Accreditation and unfortunately I missed out on applying for a Media Pass for the Bathurst event due to the cutoff date occurring before I gained my accreditation.
Today I had someone from Germany asking for a high-res copy of one of my Mclaren photos.
I am unsure what I am legally allowed to do with regards to distributing my images. Can you please inform me of what I am allowed to do in this situation as I would like to provide my photo to him, but I do not want to jeopardise my Accreditation?
